R.R.Joshi Shipping and Forwarding Pvt. Ltd. (RRJSF) was established in the early 1980’s, by Mr.R.R.Joshi, an industry veteran.

Mr.Joshi has been in the logistics trade for over 4 decades, and pioneered many prestigious projects.

He has also been instrumental in several ground breaking initiatives in the logistics industry, in India.

RRJSF was the highest revenue generator for Mumbai Customs for 6 consecutive years.

Today, we offer integrated logistics services to some of the biggest and most well known organizations world wide!

RRJSF is certified by Indian Customs as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO).

The Company owns and operates private container trains with a CTO license (Category 1 to operate Pan-India) and automobile freight trains, with an AFTO license.

Dedicated Train Services between North India and Mundra, Pipavav, Mumbai (Nhava Sheva) ports.
Offering container train services to export / import as well as for domestic cargo
Offering Automobile freight train services to automobile manufacturers in India, moving finished cars and components across the country using specially designed freight trains.

CONTAINER TRAIN SERVICE (CTO)

Scheduled services between ACTL (Faridabad) and Mundra / Pipavav Nhava Sheva ports.

AUTOMOBILE FREIGHT TRAINS (AFTO)

In addition to the container train (CTO) license, Trac1 has is also licensed as an AFTO (Automobile Freight Train Operator), offering services to automobile manufacturers Pan- India.
Trac1 has the expertise to handle and transport cars, bikes, auto- parts and also offer value added service like packaging, survey, quality inspection (PDI), developing and managing stock-yards, transport and rail services.
Trac1 owns and operates automobile freight trains as well as a fleet of car carrier trucks for first and last mile connectivity, offering end-to-end logistics services.

THE JOSHI GROUP

The Joshi Group pioneered the establishment of Northern India’s first private Inland Container Depot (ICD), that is ACTL / ICD Faridabad, in 1997.

ACTL is a totally self sufficient ICD, with dedicated Customs staff, bank branch within premises, dedicated rail siding (which can handle Customs Bonded as well as Domestic cargo) with 24x7 operations and train examination facilities as well as deputed railway personnel, container repair facility, in-house workshop, highly motivated and trained pool of man power. ACTL is also seen as a pioneer in offering sophisticated VAS for export and import cargo!

ACTL has established the first rail linked Multi-Modal Logistics Park at Samba (Jammu) in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir. The terminal was inaugurated by The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India in March ‘24.

This project worth US $ 250 million was handled on behalf of 4 Japanese companies headed by Mitsui & Co

Anpara Power Project

This project was handled on behalf of 17 Japanese companies under the banner of Mitsui & Co. About 400,000 freight tons of project cargo consisting of plant equipment, ODCs, general cargo arriving by break bulk, containerized shipments as well as air shipments were handled for this project.

Gandhar Power Project

This project, funded by OECF of Japan on behalf of Marubeni & Co. was also handled by the group on a turnkey basis.

Farraka Power Project

This prestigious project was handled on a turnkey basis on behalf of ANSALDO of Italy.
